That’s right! After dating for nearly two years, the Laguna Beach and The Hills star announced her engagement to USC Law Student William Tell with a blog post and a picture of her gorgeous sparkler. She writes, “I am very excited to share with you guys that William and I got engaged over the weekend. I am beyond thrilled!”
